Undertale AU under construction. 

There are 2 ways for monsters to be freed. The first way is to collect the 7 human souls, and the second way is for every monster to be marked.

The markings are like tattoos for most, and to get them the monster must earn them. However, there is one race of monster whose marks aren't tattoos but carvings. Skeletons need a sub-race of humans called Bone Carvers but the last bone carver died months after giving a certain Skeleton scientist his carvings. So the monsters only hope to escape is in the souls but with the last soul comes an angel.

Potentially will have fanfiction but this is just the collection of information to this AU.
