Have you ever met that one guy? That one guy who places a smile on your lips whenever you think of him. That one guy who wants to hear about all the things that go on in your head. The first person you want to tell good or bad news to. The first person you want to see when you wake up in the morning. No? Well neither have Phoebe, not yet anyway.

Phoebe is as ordinary as they come-or so she thinks. After reading a plethora of romance novels while growing up, she has kept herself locked in a cage waiting for the man with the right key to open it up. However, twenty one years have passed and Phoebe is tired of waiting for a chance encounter with her Prince Charming. While her friends are getting engaged and having babies, she's on the couch contemplating on what show to binge-watch next. So when the opportunity to live in a city full of mesmerizing accents and gorgeous men arose, she shoved all her belongings in two aquamarine suitcases and flew 7,280 miles to create her own fairytale.

This is a story about a girl who has zero experience in the boys department and her attempt to fall helplessly in love in the city of London. Follow Phoebe as she charms men with deceptively good looking pictures of herself, sarcastic banters, and skillful use of emojis.

Can Phoebe decipher what goes on in a guy's mind or will she just be another victim of the fuckboy era? More importantly, will Phoebe find her 'happily ever after' or will she grow old in an apartment with her 5 cats and dogs?

Her journey starts with a hesitant swipe to the right.

After My Wife Had an Affair with Her Assistant, I Chose Divorce

37 parts Ongoing

On my wife's birthday, I rushed back from another city overnight. But the one who opened the door was my male assistant, wearing my bathrobe. "Mr. Lucas, I came to report to Ms. Johnson, and accidentally got caught in the rain, so I took a shower. Please don't misunderstand." "There's nothing to explain." My wife, also in a bathrobe, walked out of the bathroom with a look of disdain on her face. Her gaze towards me was full of contempt. "Aren't you supposed to be on a business trip? Why are you back?" I paused for a moment, then shook my head and gave a light laugh. "It's nothing. Just came back to grab a few documents." I casually tossed the carefully chosen birthday gift into the trash bin, then sent a message to my lawyer. "Help me draft a divorce agreement."
