She's been held captive in the crumbling ruin of an Imperial fort that has since been overrun with bandits; the trauma of her imprisonment forcing her memories far from her grasp, her former self and her name now long since thrown to the wind. As if things were not hard enough on our unnamed hero; three wandering adventurers on a bounty quest come upon her emaciated body and decide to take her to the nearest location-- Helgen. During the short reprieve with the illusion of freedom, she is once again shackled with horror when the ultimate burden forces itself upon her weak, feeble and shaking shoulders-- the shoulders of our Savior.

Awakening of the Blood
Life started simple for Tarina and her young friend Willem, as these stories often go. As these stories also often go, however, they do not remain that way. When an army invades their home and enslaves of kills the population entirely the pair is thrust into a violent world they had never wanted to be part of. They fight to free themselves and what is left of their friends and ferry them to safety. They make it to the next town after a harrowing journey, only to find themselves in another mess. It takes a fight, some very good acting and a lot of luck to get out of it, but they meet their first friend they'd made since they started. Einark, a gruff dwarven smith with a hammer big enough to intimidate a giant helps Tarina escape, adding to the already mounting bounty on her head. The three of them part from their remaining friends and neighbors, trying to draw the attention of the Crown away from them. Their travels bring them across the kingdom, meeting more friends along the way...and the woman that would steal Tarina's heart. She lets the group find peace for a time before they have to flee again. Now, with their group being followed by the High Lord's men, their only destination left will bring them away from everything they ever knew...if they can make it before they are captured.

A Eulogy to Ahjula: First Verse
150 years ago, the skies above the eastern continent blackened with taint and a star from its domain seemed to fall and crash into the earth, rattling and contaminating the impact zone. From the mist of the collapse flew a nightmarish and hungry mass of beasts and abominations - later designated "the Shadow Herd" - which spread out wherever they wished, destroying anything and anyone they could get their talons on. Within a few years, the Ahterilion Empire that ruled the continent was crushed into smithereens and the rubble from its extermination fled to every other corner, to avoid further bloodshed. Though the Shadow Herd eventually diminished, remnants of it has lingered for well above a century and in its wake, traits of the dreaded Woerdinn has been sighted upon people, a brand which can be both boon and doom. With a century of opportunity, life eventually regrew and took back much of the land, but it remains broken and splintered. The ten previous provinces of the Empire live without proper lines, but the provincial rulers which it created - their Pillars of Concord - remain in spirit, if not exactly in name, clawing upon the leftovers, waging war and exploiting the terrain, some with the desire to emulate the power of old. Eyren grew up with heroic tales of the brave Rittmark, the reputed knightly order of her northern lands, and the deeds they would perform for people in need. But after years of struggling with training and trials, she came to realize that the stories had been exaggerated, their honor a guise to promote themselves to the disparate lords that rule the provinces, being no better than common mercenaries. Disillusioned by their lies and determined not to be roped in any further, she left and started roaming the continent, wishing to provide what assistance she could to the lost and broken. On her itinerant path, she will find a solution to the Shadow Herd's menace which yet infests every corner of the earth.

By running from those who wanted to hurt them, they end up on unfamiliar land, but everything is not what it seems, how will Aerilyn fair when she meets the sadistic Queen of vampires... *Preview* Aerilyn eyes stopped. She noticed a blonde haired woman. But she was already looking at Aerilyn from across the other side of the room with a stoic expression. Her face looked poised and focused. Their eyes met and Aerilyn didn't know whether to feel fear or pleasure.
