One day, a mysterious boy, Gavin, begins to notice Eila and the strange jellyfish she draws all over her notebook every day in class. He follows her and slowly gets to know more and more of the girl everyone thinks is weird, the one dubbed "Jellyfish Girl". Meanwhile, Eila tries to sort through her feelings for Carson. Jellyfish Girl is a story of first love, fitting in, finding your purpose, and finding yourself.
