Celia Barnes is looking forward to her family's traditional Christmas vacation at their ski condo. As usual, her mother leaves a week early to prepare the place for the holidays, so when Celia receives the text her dad won't arrive until Christmas Eve, she changes her flight to surprise her mom. The echo of sultry giggles greets Celia the moment she closes the front door and when she rounds the corner, Celia suffers a life-altering shock. The woman she believed to be the "salt of the earth" and a very naked Mr. Harris, the next door neighbor for the past fifteen years, are in the throes of a private celebration. "Mommy kissing Santa Claus" takes a horrific twist and Celia faces the dilemma of where to pledge her loyalty, especially when another skeleton is found rattling in the family closet. "LET'S PLAY A GAME TERESA. MY GAME." - Jacob Snow ************* It was all a game. Jacob's sick game. Teresa Andrew finds herself playing an act of pretence with Gideon Snow, her childhood best friend. She has to pretend being his fiancee for one week in other to keep the weak heart of his grandfather at peace. But what she doesn't prepare for was the bad side of their agreement. And it happens to be Gideon's elder brother, Jacob Snow, the one man Teresa hasn't seen for years, the very man who she believes to be the devil himself. He's back once again from where he stopped, but this time around he plans to make her his, by making her play his game. What will happen when Teresa finds out it has always been a bet from the start? Will she stay through the storm or run away like always? Maybe it wasn't a good idea to agree to Gideon's preposition, right?
