A mother and her two daughters live in a small town Rhode Island. It is just those three because their father left them. The oldest daughter, Charlotte, is away at college, but she is moving back for the summer. Her younger sister Scarlett is a fun-loving sweet girl who loves her sister dearly. Their mother Allison is a hard worker and dedicated to her family and work, but something they all find out during summer break will change them forever.
