16 year old Quinn's (Quinten) life is suddenly changed when she rescues a middle-aged thoroughbred horse who has been abused, and on the race tracks since he was two years of age. This horse is facing not only retirement, but a much more worsening fate than that. That one special girl who shares the same past as an unfamiliar horse, may or may not change this horses life. Together they will do the things they never thought they would do, and survive as a team of one!
