Rifts, tears in space and time that can lead anywhere from across a planet to another dimension, and they've began showing up for the first time in known human history in two unidentical and peculiar worlds. Tera, a highly technologically advanced planet that is consumed in a world war. Though their machinery and advanced weaponry does make the warriors of the planet deadly ones, their world is rapidly depleting of resources, which could ultimately lead to all life ending. Through the rift's, within an entirely other dimension, lies the world of Hadreoloth. A much less computerized world, one still eras back compared to Tera, but they have a gift that keeps them thriving. The entirety of their people posses a mana seed which they are born with. This seed allows mana to grow along with the human body, much like a muscle or blood system. And approximately 50% of these humans can weaponize their mana as a renewable resource within them. Allowing them to operate advanced armor, weapons, and various machines that would otherwise never operate in their time period. As glorious as this may seem, the other half of the people are seen as lower class, lesser intelligence, slaves, expandable. The powerful ones in charge force them into slums, where they spend their lives under government regulation, harvesting the plentiful resources Hadreoloth has to offer. These worlds both have something the other desires, and perhaps that's why the rifts came, intertwining the two worlds....
