Jace Veloras has never had an easy life. In fact one might say hes never really experienced life. All he has ever known was pain. His mother threw him away, as if he was trash. His father, a Beta, didnt even acknowledge his existence. And his pack?.... Lets say that torture on a daily basis was normal to the quiet reserved wolf.... But he has a secret. Not one person has ever seen his wolf. They all think he cant shift. What happens when the unthinkable occurs? When the one that was made for him turns out to despise him and hurts him worse than any other? Will he survive the worst pain a wolf can ever endure? Or will he finally give in after 19 years of a packs heartless torture and abuse? ........ Jessie is a queen. Not in the human sense. But as a feline shifter, she is destined to rule her pride after she finds a suitable mate. Shes nearing her thirtieth birthday, and has become restless. Her tiger wont settle and she cant determine why. Her parents worry that shes not met her mate, as most pairs are drawn together before their 25th birthday. But one day, after a stressed day of fighting her cat she stumbles upon a lovely scent in town. In a split second her cat takes control, and it could change her life forever...... (This is my first story in this community. So please excuse any grammatical errors and mispelled words on this first run through.
