She was gone.

Two years passed, all sightings were declared fake. She was a lost cause, until suddenly, she was everywhere.

Difference is that when she returned, her heart didn't beat with innocence, her touch didn't possess the warmth of love and her eyes followed your every move...

She had returned but she was dead the night she vanished.
