Now, listen: We haven't got much time: a few hours, if anything. You need to go through this. It's vital for this war to be won. I can't reveal where I am. My security and that of my friends would be compromised. Just.... pay close attention. If you want, believe this is fiction. God knows i wish I could. But if you don't believe what they tell you, if you have even an OUNCE of will left to fight, search for me. Find me. We'll protect you from them. I've left this here so you know we have a chance. So you know that we've survived. My name is Mathew Cory Miles. Welcome to my story.

Evil with a D
When Morningstar fell, God felt such pain and betrayal. The Heaven's wept for the losses and pain of their creator. Now, banished from his Heavenly world, Morningstar began his own kingdom where he could cause pain and suffering to Gods favored children. It was these feelings that Hell sprung from. And it was at this that God grew all the sadder, turning forever from the angel he'd favored above all others. It was then that "Lucifer" began to terrorize the human world; trying anyway he could to gain Gods attention again. And collecting the souls of His precious children caught the most attention of all. It wasn't until one High Demon realized just how precious one of these humans becomes to him that everything changed. It is this history that takes us into the present world with a story that could change everything you thought you knew about the worlds above and below the middle plain of existence. ((This story is rated R for several reasons. Mostly Theme and content. While this story touches on religion, it's a rewritten, most "realistic, version of it.))Abgeschlossen
Forever
Unable to age, unable to die. So many people want me, but they can't have me. They want to experiment on me and use my blood to make more people like me. They want an army, an army that will take over humanity. An army that will end the world. I am a fighter, I work alone. But I have more problems then just them chasing me to worry about. I'm looking for something, wanting to be someone else, I'm hunting for my freedom. I don't want this, I don't want this life. This live and never die or age crap, I'm done with it. I can never love a man because we won't die old together, I want freedom from this. I walk around everyday seeing families, happy and smiling; it kills me inside. I want that, but I can't have that. I can't have that because of this curse, because of this group of people trying to catch me, use me. I may be human but we all know I'm beyond important. Others think it's incredible! I hate it, I want out, I want to be free.. But can I ever truly be?Abgeschlossen
Field of Vision
I have no real experience in the military. Just putting that out there. I'm 8th grade. This story contains quite the blood scenes but I've died them down. In the works. No cursing. I feel like mature is for adults, so I didn't want to put it here but the blood convinced me. Enjoy reading. If you can. Oh, it's long for your information. For an 8th grader, that is.Abgeschlossen
The Ballad of The Amberstone
If you're like me, you're tired-tired of being told you're ordinary, tired of doing the same thing that everyone else is doing, tired of the countless books, movies, and stories that imprint the idea that only The Chosen One can change the world while the rest of us are forced to watch from the sidelines. If you're like me, then you're also not The Chosen One. But wouldn't you like to be? If you were given the chance to be The Chosen One, wouldn't you take it? What if you knew it was a stone-cold lie? My journey unfolds on a secret island located somewhere between the end of the road and the middle of nowhere. Upon arrival, the inhabitants believed I was Gabriel-the prophet of the prophecy destined to save the island of Concordia from an extinction-level civil war. There's just one problem: I am not Gabriel. But that didn't stop me from stealing the mantle of The Chosen One for myself, unprepared for the consequences this lie would unfold and ill-equipped for what being The Chosen One really means. What followed was an epic clash of culture, values, and heart as each of the five divided Kingdoms of Concordia tried to convince me that their way of life was best. Can I fool them and fulfill the prophecy of Gabriel, or will my lie ignite the greatest war in the island's history.Abgeschlossen

Our Secret To Keep.
A delayed flight. A stranger at a hotel bar. A one night stand. Stranded in New York for an extra night than planned due to a delayed flight, I needed to find a way to keep myself occupied, and I soon found that something. It was easy enough when the handsome stranger introduced himself to me as Kade. It has been a while since I have had a hot one-night stand, and he reminds me how fun it can be. There are no questions, expectations or reasons to see one another again. What I don't expect is our night together to come around and bite me in the ass. When I arrive at a family dinner with my parents and two older sisters to celebrate my return home to Scotland, he is sitting right there with them. Not only is he my father's new business partner, but he is my sister's blind date set up by my parents. We pretend to be strangers because things would become complicated if we didn't. No one ever needs to know about what happened between us. My dad would freak out if he found out about us because he is overly protective of me as the youngest, and with the age gap between Kade and me, my father wouldn't approve. My relationship with my older sister is already strained; I don't need to make things worse between us. Even though he doesn't seem interested in her and he tries his best to show that it could still make all hell break lose. My sister hates losing. She always gets what she wants. I should stay away from him, but it is easier said than done with the tension and chemistry between us, and we struggle to fight against it. No matter what happens, it needs to be our secret to keep.
Almos
"Who are you?" I asked him but instead of answering my question he suddenly grabs my hand and pulls me for a run. I don't know where he will bring me but to my surprised, I let him. We run away from something I don't know. I just know that there is something that was pulling me through a deep unknown darkness. But he was there and now we are running away. I don't know who he is yet I trusted him with all my life. For that instant, I knew my heart belongs to him. *** *** "I didn't mean to love you yet I love you so much I cannot hold you so tight." I said those words and I couldn't stop myself not to feel the bitterness of the truth we are going to face. But still I hold her hand even though I know that it isn't right. We run and I save her. Yet, I don't know it was the beginning and I don't want to find out the ending. Still, the end is near and I cannot hold her even though my heart already belongs to her.
Death Of Love Lost In Infinity
My brother and I used to love each other. Once. We used to trust each other. Once. Until the day we both died. We were separated, I to hell and him to heaven. He was always a bit of an angel. Now, every century, on the month that we died we come back, meeting on Earth again. It just so happens that in that same month we end up killing each other again. It's an eternal loop. What's going to make this year any different? * * * This story was written when I declared war on my friend Edward. But he refused to meet me in the arena set (Big Johns) so we decided to make an epic-tastic story about it. All characters (apart from Poppy and April) are based on my friends. I may have twisted and fused personalities and relationships from what they are in real life but it's all to make an overall epic fight experience.Abgeschlossen
Dark Angel
Sometimes the darkness just has a tendency to consume you with secrets and lies. It pulls you down into the depths of itself and further away from the happiness and sunshine you once possessed. That’s pretty much what happened to me. First there’s Jase. He’s my best friend. If anything, he’s been the only life preserver I have to keep my afloat. Without him, I’d be nothing but consumed by darkness. Then there’s Lyss. She’s my other best friend. I love her to death, really. She’s amazing. After her is Hunter. He’s my boyfriend. He has a secret, though. A secret that has forced me to lie to everyone, even Lyss and Jase. Keeping the secret and lying to them has only brought me further into the dark. It spawned my own secrets and lies. My life changed from being something that I loved to dreading waking up every day. It also doesn’t help that I suffer depression. Now I’m fighting just to make it through. It’s getting harder and harder every day, and it doesn’t help that I’m practically drowning in all of the secrets and lies that have become a part of my life. But, what can I do? I guess we’ll have to wait and find out, and hope that I survive. *The only reason this is rated R is because of the language. It drops the F-bomb a lot...*Abgeschlossen
