  Zander Riddle and Jonathan Martin, who goes by his middle name Oliver, have always been the best of friends. Nothing can break their thirteen-year-old friendship. At least that's what they think. Oliver's mother gets a job in California and now they have to move. Zander thinks that they'll still be friends for life as long as they don't forget about each other and video chat and call each other every day. Sadly, that's not the case.
  Oliver makes some new friends and so does Zander, so they do end up growing apart. They stop talking and forget about each other. 
  Four years later, Oliver is back in town and Zander has no clue. They're both so different now. Zander is now the most popular guy in his school and Oliver has been a victim of bullying at his old school, so that's why they moved back.
