Tropical Storm Arlene formed on April 19 as a subtropical depression, and then turned fully Tropical early Thursday morning and got named Arlene six hours later. Arlene was expected to be absorbed by another low pressure, but instead a fujiwhara effect came in play because that low pressure was weaker than expected, making Arlene seem like the planets and the low pressure that was supposed to absorb it seemed like the sun.
