"I took one glance behind me and my hand instantly flew to my pocket, grabbing onto the Riptide. Annabeth and Jason immediately rushed over, bearing their own weapons. "What's going on?" Annabeth asked me. I honestly had no idea. I saw a girl, a bit younger than us, running through the streets. And she had a gigantic Hellhound following her closely. As she ran through the streets, a bright yellow cab hit her and she flew forward into the road." 
This is how Ellie is found. But there is much more to her than meets the eye. When she is claimed at camp as Poseidon's daughter, she has no idea what lay ahead of her. She finds herself staring to fall for the wrong people, and she trusts the wrong friends. 
And then there comes a quest. A quest meant for a Daughter of the Sea and a Son of the Forge. A quest to rescue Calypso.

Daughter of Poseidon, born in 1937, dropped in the Lotus Casino at age 14, till her father pulled her out in the middle of the Giant War, in hopes to gain some more power in the underwater battle that raging at his palace. Now it was the next summer, and 15 year old Hali was living the dream in Southern California, occasionally going on different quests for her father. What happens when she meets her brother on one of these quests? I hope you like this! Percy Jackson was finally able to lay low and have a peaceful life for once. The war with Gaea and the Giants was over, and Percy was excited to have the chance to spend time with his beautiful girlfriend. Then everything comes crashing down. A new kid comes stumbling into Camp-Half-Blood, and the moment he lays eyes on the legendary son of Poseidon, he hated him. It didn't help that the new kid was claimed by Poseidon, making him Percy's half-brother. Rumours and lies started to circle Camp-Half-Blood.
