After believing to have lost her family, Kali has now adapted to living on the streets with her friend Jesse. But after getting into trouble at an amusement park, Kali and Jesse discover a lonely orca named Willy. While forming a friendship with the whale, the kids go on one wild adventure to set Willy free.
