You know when you do just one thing but it begins to set off a huge chain of bad events, and can't do anything but blame yourself for all of it? He seemed like a decent person for those five minutes we talked, but that doesn't mean it's safe for me to let him drive me home now. I can't control where the driver decides to go next, who knows if it will actually be my wanted destination?

I shouldn't have ever gotten in his car, him having good looks or not.
