Living in the south side isn't fun, or quiet. Especially when you're living across the street from the Gallagher's. Katie has grown up, dealing with the pranks from Carl and Debbie. But when her parents decide to send her off to boarding school, she notices that Carl is worried about the five years that she'll be gone.

Little does Katie know that in that time, Carl goes to Juvie and comes back with street creds that no one could beat. When she comes back she faces a challenge of making the tough guy want her. Will she succeed and win Carl over or make a fool of herself when he rejects her?
