Boom has been raising his twins (5 years old) with the help of his parents since his wife passed away. His mother, out of concern, keeps urging him to remarry-not just for him, but so the twins can have a maternal figure. Boom, however, always refuses. He feels guilty, believing no one can replace his late wife, and he's afraid of burdening someone else with his complicated life. Enter Aou, who is introduced through family ties (Boom's parents know Aou's family). At first, Boom is against the idea of an arranged marriage with a man he barely knows. But circumstances (perhaps an incident with the twins, or Boom's work crisis that lands him at the hospital where Aou works) bring them together. The twins quickly grow attached to Aou, sensing his warmth and care. Boom notices how easily Aou connects with them-something he himself struggles with because of work stress. Over time, Boom and Aou's relationship shifts from reluctant partnership to genuine affection. Aou teaches Boom to open up emotionally, and Boom helps Aou realize that love isn't something to run away from despite busy careers.
