I sat with a cup of tea on a chair in front of the headmistress' desk. She sat observing me for a while before saying, "Amelia.... do you believe in magic?" I burst out laughing. "Look I may adore Harry Potter but I am not going to turn around and believe anyone who tells me they're truly are spells and potions and monsters in this world!" I scoffed though the words left a bad taste in my mouth as if telling myself I am wrong. She chuckled lightly. "Then what do you believe happened out there?"

Even my daddy is a warlock when he's not moonlighting as a rat (a consequence of the aforementioned grandmother's temper). So you would think I would be a witch too, right? Nope. His words seem to ring in my ears, his order consuming my mind. I couldn't stop my body from moving, its as if it was being controlled. I turned around to face him and stood on my tip toes to allow him to claim my lips. It wasn't until mid kiss that I snapped out of it and pushed myself away. "What... what the hell," I cried, tears beginning to fall from my eyes and the sky. ************ Just when Amelia finally feels as if she beginning to grasp control of her ever changing life, catastrophe after catastrophe happens stirring a mixture of emotions... especially fear. A spell binding her to a powerful demon who's aim is to tease and taunt her but the worst thing about it all... she is undeniably attracted to him. How will she tackle the demon problem whilst at the same time try to take control of the whole 'you're actually a princess' farce? Who knows!
