HISTORY:
Before, the people all over the world had been always normal. Having normal food, ways, surviving, and family. Suddenly, the day when a baby was born, they were glowing. That was the first ever person.... to become abnormal to humanity. After a long plague of mysterious powers, the people decided to call those things as "Individualities". Many became heroes with strong and helpful powers. But, the other half of the overall people had useless "Individualities", so they just lived normal and does nothing about their powers.
