When Amy and her little brother, Elliot have to leave their cosy little flat in London when their father was killed in a car accident, they go and stay with their aunt and cousins on their farm in the Sussex countryside. But Amy finds it difficult to adapt to life on the farm and to deal with her father's death. That is, until she meets her cousin and the two form an unlikely friendship through the horses that are kept at the farm. But when the farm is threatened to be sold, Amy will do whatever it takes to save what she has left.
