Kushina, the Red Habereno, is dead.
After giving birth to twins, one an exact copy of Minato and the other a copy of her, the Kyuubi was unsealed.
Minato wasn't able to think of the idea of sealing it in Naruto in time, and Kushina had already drawn the Kyuubi back inside of her, and killed herself.
Blinded by grief, Minato starts paying attention to the one that looked like Kushina more, Eiko, leaving Naruto all alone.
One day, Naruto stumbles across an Uzumaki book, he one day manages to summon someone from the past, who just happens to be a close relative...
He starts training with it more and more, playing with the dead hokages, his late mother, and other people...
Minato will regret his mistake.
