Kiera Darkwood's dream has been to study music in Austria, the home of some of her favorite composers. After receiving the chance to study abroad for her final year of college in Vienna Kiera believes her dreams are about to come true; but right when she thinks everything is falling into place her dreams are put on hold when she finds out that too many students have been accepted into the Austrian exchange program. She receives an offer to join an exchange program in Ireland and decides to go, hoping to fulfill her desire to travel while she still can. However, little does she know her life is about to be turned upside down and that what she will encounter in the misty Irish shoreside town of Valentia will change her life forever.
