The world had fallen apart in the year 2017 from a nuclear war - which at the time was considered World War III. Humans were killed, and many who had survived through that period had mutated into unearthly creatures with disturbing thoughts and views. Very few beings that had thrived during this time soon transformed old war bunkers into laboratories to study these new found creatures. These scientists dedicated their lives to researching and examining. Later, as generations past, the current head to the corporation that runs the facilities sent her oldest son, Ethan, to one of the most unstable laboratories in the country to assist the workers in controlling the rebelling subjects.
