Growing up with a homophobic family and coming out as a bisexual can get you kicked out of the house. But, luckily the Clark family took in the friend of Alicia's when she was roaming the streets.

Soon the reader fall for the outgoing girl but knew her feelings wouldn't be returned, so she skipped grades to make things easy on the family and attended a near by university that offered her a full scholarship and paid meals. The reader inspired to become a artist, but reality hit her so she studied to become a doctor.
