Carter has a secret. She's never told anyone what really happened that night in the alleyway, never really explained her recent insomnia or fear of being touched. Ryan has a problem. Ever since his new step father kicked him out of his house, he has no job, no money and no way to feed his horse, the one thing he can trust. In desperation, he turns to his half brother Aiden and manages to get a job at the local horse farm.
