Stress ka ba? Saan? Kanino? Keber na lang. Laughter is the best medicine, beh. Make sure lang na hindi ka napaglilipasan ng gutom, at tumatawa man mag-isa ay hindi mo naman pinaiikot ang dulo ng buhok sa iyong hintuturo upang hindi matulad sa writer ng mga kalokohang itey. Ahaha. 

Huwag kunsumihin ang sarili, at hayaang si Problema ang mamroblema sa'yo. Believe me, bebe kong mahal. Ang problema parang gutom, lilipas din 'yan. Ahehe. Pause muna tayo sa mga complicated things and issues, at mag-relax.

Ang nilalaman ng librong ito ay halo-halong kung ano-ano, kaya huwag umasa ng lalim dahil mabibigo ka lang. Ang main goal is mapangiti ka kahit nako-kornihan ka na. hehe. Well, sana.
