A 15 year old boy is left all alone with nothing but the thin clothes on his back in the freezing rain outside Kai's apartment building. Kai discovers him after hearing loud cries below his second floor window. After bringing the boy up to his loft, he finds out that the boy had been abused and mistreated all his life and now was abandoned into the outside world by his parents after barely seeing anything other than a basement for 15 years.
After for caring for him a while, the boy gets strong feelings for the older man. The only person who has showed him what love is.
