"Hey Hiyori, there's something I need to tell you."

Yato swallowed his nerves as he looked down at the female in front of him. Her swirling pink eyes drawing his heart in; he couldn't take it back. Her smile bright enough to lighten him up whenever he was in the dark. The way her hair blew in the wind, making it sway all around her making her even more beautiful than he imagined. He didn't deserve her.

"Sure! What is it Yato?"

She tucked a strand of her gorgeous chocolate brown hair behind her ear. How could she ever accept him? He didn't deserve such beauty as herself. He opened his mouth to let the words out. Just let them out. Let them out. He repeated the motivation in his head as he dared to make eye contact with someone he didn't deserve to look at.

"Hiyori, I-"
