Everybody knows the Phantom Troupe. So does Ruby. She knows that they're the gang of assassins and thieves that shows no mercy and puts stealing and killing over everything else. Even their own feelings. 

But what if she killed a member and joins their ranks? What if she has to help them take the Scarlet Eyes?

Furthermore, the boss, Chrollo seems to take a liking to her. 

More than a friend.

But now, Ruby needs to decide. Never be with her love and stay a thief and killer.....

Or to leave their ranks, and stay with Chrollo?

Kurapika soon learns that this rival is in fact someone he knows, someone he's worked with, its Melody, one of his former co-workers, from the Nostrade family job. The two trade information and realize that Kurapika only needs 1 set of eyes left and that Melody needs to find a way to destroy the score for the Sonata of Darkness for good. The two decide to work together hoping that they will finish their jobs once and for all. This is my first fan fiction so I decided to do it off the not so popular duo of Kurapika and Melody. I really liked both other their backstories and thought it would be interesting to combine them into a story where they finally resolve their problems together.
