          At age 18 Cara Matthews whole world turned upside down when a rivalry between her people and the President of the United States arose. Along with many other people, Cara's only way of surviving is to run. When she encounters an old friend she is taken to an underground hideout for all "abnormals".  The plot to a revenge attack against the president is being set, and the beginning of a new world is on its way.
