We Are the Stars (Tenth Doctor/Rose fanfic)

Rose Tyler misses her doctor. Trapped in a parallel dimension with her pesky mom, dad, and ex-boyfriend Mickey, she doesn't have much to do. She misses traveling in time and seeing all sorts of different places--and things. When an accident happens, Rose finally gets to meet her doctor again. However, when the Doctor and Rose rejoice, Mickey, Jackie, and Pete are trapped behind a barrier opposite the couple. With the Doctor paralyzed, Rose has to use all of her wit to break the barrier--and get her family and friends out alive.
