Meet fifteen year old Frances who lives in Georgia, 1790.
All her life Frances felt as if she was hidden from the world. Her parents never letting her leave their quaint little home except to go to and from the schoolhouse and if she was lucky to church. Having strict parents was already hard enough but looking different from everyone was worse. Especially when the local town boys would pick on her every now and then.
But when she finally comes face to face with who she really is, will she accept it or deny everything.

We still have their homes used in the underground railroad in our family. My other side was endangered servants from Ireland and my great-great-grandfather was, unfortunately, one of the soldiers that came to Indiana while serving under John Hunt Morgan.
