Chase Olivier is the daughter of a gang leader in a small city called Williamstown. Chase isn't like most girls where she's from. She gets a rush from street fighting, and she rules the city like she owns the place. She has a big family that extends all the way to her father's gang. When the rival gangs start to get serious, Paul Collins, the leader of a big, influential gang, decides to form an alliance with Chase's father. That would be fine and all if Paul Collins wasn't the father of Chase's lifelong enemy, Chase Collins.

Now that she's stuck with the boy she can't stand - The one she thought she wouldn't have to see again after he left to a boarding school in the ninth grade - she has to find a way to make things fun. What happens when the Chases are let loose on the city together? And what happens when they finally get to know each other?

Shay Warner ran away from her adopted family as soon as she found out what they truly were: criminals. They lied, they killed, they betrayed her in a way that scarred her forever. It isn't until the police catch up to her that she's forced to go back, putting her in the middle of a tug of war that threatens to tear her apart. The only thing that's holding her together is Noah. Her friend, her childhood crush, the one person in the house that was ever able to gain her trust. As secrets are unraveled and the war inside of her heart intensifies, so does the danger that she's put in. Sometimes it's not so easy to differentiate between good and evil. Especially when it involves family, and her heart.
