The first story in The Fight or Flight Series. Calia Maroja is just an ordinary girl, with ordinary parents, ordinary friends, and wants to live an ordinary life, That all changes when a mysterious figure tells her that she's not a human, and that she will come with her to another world. What will happen as she figures out what and who she truly is, where she's really from, the people she's connected to, how much power she has, and the characters that change her life forever? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I made up most of the names in this story, so don't go looking up the town or school's name, because it doesn't exist. Lily is a normal sixteen year old girl who lives off the coast of Sacury, California, where she loves Theatre and her friends, even though she lives in an orphanage. But when mysterious people randomly start showing up, telling her that her destiny is away from California and away from human life, she goes with them to find what she really is. What will happen as she finds out about her family... her real family? How far will she go to kill the one who murdered her sister... who is also the King of Tanyela? And maybe finding the one guy of her dreams... in a world she never expected. When things go out of hand, she will find herself in a sea of troubles... literally. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So, this is really a spin-off of the Fight or Flight series, choosing a different point of view and a time a littler bit after the fourth story, but don't worry- you don't need to have read the others to understand this one. It explains everything later on. This is my Camp NaNoWriMo story, and I love the support people have given me for writing it in a month. 3 Days Earth-based SF Thriller For struggling filmmaker Andie McKenna, life could be better. When Andie is accidentally exposed to the parasite, Pakal draws her blood and gives her an anti-parasitic. She reacts to the medication and passes out. When she wakes, Pakal is gone. Furious beyond words and poorer for it, Andie returns to San Francisco to find the Bay Area plunged into chaos. Something fell from the sky and crashed north of the Golden Gate Bridge. Something not made by humans. And then there's a frozen, long-forgotten vial of blood, locked in a metal box and buried in the orphanage's freezer. Blood that will impact Andie's life irrevocably and shatter the illusion that we are alone in the universe.

This is a Nick Armstrong fanfic because I absolutely love him! He definitely deserved more screen time. He was by far my favorite character and I cried when he died both times. It was so sad. I wish this show would of came out with a second season. She is a witch. When she moved to Chance Harbor, Washington, she didn't expect to find a small coven of witches let alone fall in love with one of them. Violet is a very sweet and kind person, but she also has a bad attitude. Being shocked of the discovery of the coven of witches she wants to find out more, so she gets close with them and of course they welcome her with open arms. Her mother never told her that witches were meant to have a circle. Violet was alone. She got her magic from her mother. Her father never really spoke of the subject. Nick Armstrong was among one of her new witchy friends. He was the teenage boy who "dated" almost all the girls at his school. He never cared for a relationship. He was rude and disrespectful. He was also a bit mysterious and a challenge. Violet was very intrigued. He, too, lost his parents. When Violet falls for her new school's "bad boy" what will she do? That's when the book jumps in to follow the path of those survivors. Um, there are factions of offensive(Elementals) and defensive covens(Guardians) and then there's the elements of epic love, love that consumes the people involved and of course what's love without a little danger. - Thank you so much if you've read this far.
