"All throughout my child hood, Les was always sneaking up on me, making me jump. Quickly, so I wouldn’t have time to see his face, he’d pop out of some bush and tackle me while yelling “SURPRISE” as loud as he could. I would always try to scare him back, but, when I tackled him, it was if he expected it. He would turn open his arms, and catch me into a hug. The tight squeeze constantly took me off guard, making me squeal in shock. While I pouted, he'd bury his face in my hair and laugh so hard I could feel the vibrations.. “Les!” I would whine, “You’re supposed to be scared.” “Well,” His breath tickled my ear. “Maybe I just like surprising you.” I forced the laughter farther down my throat. He didn’t know I would be coming home so soon, he still thinks I am on a school field trip. Since I was coming home earlier than expected, I figured I would once again attempt to scare the boy. Slowly, I tiptoed closer to the scratched wooden door. I could hear music booming from inside, giving me an advantage of surprising him. Before he could catch me, I threw open the door and yelled: “SURPRI-“ My smile fell and I dropped my arms. I blinked a few times, wondering if I was seeing things, before my heart exploded in my chest. It was real. That was Les, my best friend since forever and my Love of almost two years, giving some tan girl the best orgasm she ever had. “Shit.” He whipped his head to look at me, I looked away from the green eyes I had always melted into. “Taylor, I-I didn’t know you’d be home. I-Shit. I’m sorry." Once again, Les had been the one to surprise me." Story of my life, literally. This is a memoirs retelling my time in high school, focussing on my relation ship with my best friend, my other friends, and the terrible rumors that had been spread about me.

Completed, but under editing and rewriting. Situation and diction may change, but not the storyline or character. *** "W-when d-did t-they b-build a w-w all on t-the h-hallway?" I asked no one in particular. I rubbed my head with my eyes shut to ease the pain that shot through my head. The sound of laughter made me freeze with my hand on my head. I opened my eyes, slowly. Three handsome boys were staring at me. No, two of the boys were trying to stifle a smile while one of the boys was staring blankly at me. Rude much? It seemed he was the one I hit and not a wall. Thanks Mary for stating the obvious. I stared at his chest probably because he was taller than I am and I had to look up to meet his face. His abs were visible through the blue shirt he wore. Staring at abs in this situation. Oh God! I'm weird. "First you get to be called a wall, interesting. And now, she is checking you out. It isn't fair. Why do you always get the beautiful ones?" One of the boys groaned. I blushed. I was checking a guy out. Wait, What? Did I just blush? Kill me! "I- I m seery, I debt mean to hat you." What did I just say? This couldn't get any worse. The boys looked shocked even the mute handsome boy looked a little bit surprised. Why did I keep calling him handsome? "I-I'm s-sorry I h-hit you, I d-didn't mean to," that sounded better. "Oh," one of the boys said. Oh! Indeed. I was expecting a reply, but the handsome boy in front of me refused to talk. Is he dumb or deaf? "I am Tom. And I am not dumb nor deaf," he said and walked away. I didn't say that aloud, did I? Guess I did. "You did, baby girl," one of the two boys said an. He waved at me dragging his smirking friend with him. That was embarrassing.
