"I-I.. she.." He started not knowing what to say. What if she asks him to bring her so she could meet her?
With a long sigh he slouched a bit against the counter above her half ready sandwich. "She' far away, Gin."
"I want to meet her. When she is here again I want to see the woman who plans on tormenting my big brother for the last of his life. She needs my approval first." At her serious statement Joe let a loving smile grace his hard features because of her innocence.
He doesn't have a woman in his life, but he knows that she will be special.
"You'll meet her. And love her." Finishing her meal quickly he turned to give her the desert while she looked at him with a wide smile. "I promise." And he means it.
