Peace is never anything but a fantasy for Essix.
She survived her first encounter with Dr Rabies. After befriending the two clones of herself, Essix goes back home to her village. She thought she would get some time to relax, but Essix was wrong. Dr Rabies is looking for the Elementals so he can use their powers for his own plans. Essix will have to set off on yet another journey to find them before any harm comes to Orea. But in the shadows a darkness hides, waiting to pounce.

Alright so I made this story a year ago. There are probably going to be some mistakes and I apologize for that but I hope you all enjoy :)
Like my other book Essix and some of the other characters are modeled after Renamon I do not own Renamon the creators of Digimon do. The modifications I made to Renamon and the story line are mine though.

Without thinking, he reached and grasped her arm, gently. He tugged her towards him, demanding her attention back on him. She gasped as she was now facing him, his touch sending shock waves through her. And once again without fail, his body acted on its own volition. He approached her but she kept stumbling back from him. "Stop walking away from me!" he snarled at her. Demi gave him a sharp look, "You're just doing a job- right? Leave me alone, Onyx.
