-It all started years ago, back in 1953 The first nuclear plant blew and all hell broke loose. The first one blew near the industrial area, I was in my office on the 9th floor of the Kellson Bank Building. I was on a call with one of my clients and 4 minutes into the call the plant blew and the line went dead from the explosion.
This is an apocalypse story set in the 1950s style. It begins in 1978 but since the apocalypse happened in 1953 no technology has been advanced since that time. This story follows the adventure of James a survivor of the apocalypse and his "partner". I drew some of the surroundings in this story and I can show you guys in each chapter. So Enjoy the story.

This book follows four teenagers from four different parts of the U.S. when their lives are dramatically changed one day. When zombies become real and more than just horror movies and scary books, they're forced to fight to stay alive. What they don't know is how similar their struggles are, along with their goal: get to the supposed safe haven alive. (The book is under editing right now, and I'll be changing the location of the safe haven from Columbus to Cincinnati. I didn't really think it through when I first wrote this but I think that Cincinnati would make a little more sense. The story was mostly imporvised, and I don't like how it's turned out. I've had a lot of new and hopefully more interesting ideas, and there's so much that I decided to rewrite the whole thing completely. The story will be very different but the characters will be the same for the most part. It'll have the same style of writing with the different points of view, but separated between books instead of chapters, and I already have a storyline laid for the first 2 or 3. I'm sorry for the people that like the original story and were hoping for more, so I won't be deleting this one. I'll update on my page once I start posting chapters of the new series.Complete

(Art by me. Took me a while to do this. So this is the new book cover :3) Humanity has always been curious creations that never learnt quickly from their mistakes.. Greedy... and prideful... we'd do anything to achieve our goals... even if it meant ending the world... Scientists had experimented on humans for a long time, making different breakthroughs and some failures... but this one was their most astonishing and regretful discovery.. with a mistake in their calculations as well as their subject. A virus was created and this virus was passed on to Everyone in the hospital lab quickly causing the first zombie infected appearance. At first it was mild... but like a wild fire, it spread round the city and nearly around the world... humanity was pushed back, homes destroyed....bond broken.... and many more problems came. But after all, humans can adapt quickly. And quick did they adapt... creating weapons that work for both infected and mercenaries alike, humanity had found a way to survive again. Despite the population reducing to an absolute needle size... humanity didn't give up... And now.... something else seems to have appeared... something that would affect everything..Complete

I never believed it would end like this. I was just watching Netflix when the power went out, then before I knew it everyone was screaming, then the school began to shake and fell to the ground. Only three kids in my entire school were spared, four if you count me. I found a group of people heading to the east coast for a boat trip to a supposed safe haven in India. They died of disease days later. I found their bodies by the river. But I guess this is my life now, surviving with a scared boy, a pair of twins and trying to make it to the next day. A Different Virus - Laura's Story
This is a second view point from my original story - A Different Virus - Heartfire. I highly advise reading the original book first. Intro: Laura was a happy child without a care in the world. She loved her parents and life was perfect. Nothing seemed like it could go wrong. People started talking about a bad flu that was spreading and sending some into a coma. Her parents grew worried and stocked the house in case of a pandemic. Months later another virus appeared. Her family was shocked when the news people started reporting that zombies were actually real and not just part of a horror movie. They were appearing in every country. Her parents reassured her that none of the zombie sightings had been anywhere close to them. Her life is turned upside down when her father ends up in hospital with the bad flu and mother exiles her upstairs for her safety. She was never allowed downstairs again. Weeks pass and the streets become deserted with the exception of the red eyed zombies that wandered around. One night she notices a swiftly moving figure with glowing blue eyes in the street below. Should she call out or remain silent? The Observer
The following extract is of the first three chapters of my book. Set against the backdrop of a hypothetical global nuclear conflict at the beginning of the 1980s, The Observer follows Dennis, a member of the UK Royal Observer Corp, a military voluntary civil defence organisation whose wartime job was to monitor nuclear explosions and gather data for fallout predictions. With war imminent as the Soviets and the USA battle in the Middle East, the story opens a few days before hostilities break out and with the UK descending into chaos as marshal law, road blocks and riots dominate the landscape. Between shifts in his bunker, Dennis battles with life in pre-war Britain as well as a conflict of opinion with a wife who is determined that family should come before duty. Lost in the regret of boredom and estrangement from his brother and now deceased father, Dennis disagrees. The terrifying screech of the sirens sound as the world is plunged into nuclear war. Now Dennis fulfils his duty alongside his two companions, logging explosions within their vicinity. Disillusioned by the reality of war, his companions protest as Dennis reports every explosion to Group Control until it too is destroyed, leaving them with no further role to fulfil. Each person now faces their own demons as they wait for the fallout to clear. Dennis in particular has to fight his history of childhood failure. One month later Dennis emerges alone from the bunker, riddled with guilt as to why he abandoned his wife and child at such a critical time. Determined to find his family, Dennis travels across the ravaged countryside. Nothing could compare to the way her gaze made me feel. The flames licking my skin and the raging fire in my veins was way more bearable.
