They weren't kidding. Infected with pestilence. Diseases. Sickness. Virus. No matter what you call it they're all the same. Zombies for a better word. We call them The Plagued. Undead people walking this earth feasting on the flesh of the healthy created by creatures called converts. I had a normal life before The Plagued arose when myself and my brother Vance are called to join the hunt for these monsters. Things in the new life become complicated when, eventually, I become closer to Trey, a hunter like myself. I try to set boundaries, even knowing there is a possibility I may never be able to be with my husband again, but gorgeous Trey makes it pretty hard. Now I need to decide between my past, and my future, and taking down the undead sounds easier right about now..........

Firstly, A trigger warning for mental health/ self inflicted wounds when reading. you're only 18 years old. your name is zoe. you always had a love for the apocalypse but didn't think it would truly happen. and you slowly learn that nobody is who they say they are. Nobody is to be trusted. Things are gonna fall apart, and nobody can save us now. This book is being rewritten again and hopefully is better than the first and second time it was published. It's kind of cringe most of the way. Wrote it when i was like 13-14 years old or something and tried rewriting when I was about 16. Didn't work. Trying to rewrite it again at 20 but i don't think the first two books are saveable. Book three so far however is going well(i believe anyway). The second book has also been rewritten and will be rewritten again. now I'm working on finishing book three. All characters are mine but ellis is not I will be changing a lot of character names again in this rewriting process in all books, ellis being the biggest.Complete
Infection
It starts with a simple itch, nothing more. Maybe a few random spasms or the occasional shudder but you'll think nothing of it. Then you'll get blood shot eyes... Not enough sleep? It gets worse, much worse. The itching turns to scratching, clawing at you skin until it bleeds... and bleeds and bleeds. Into the Madness
The world we knew is no more. It's all started with a strange illness spread through sporadic means, incredibly virulent and deadlier than anything human's recorded history could remember. People exposed to those spore turned into living corpses in less than a minute, instinctively preying over the healthy ones with unsatiable hunger. Quickly overwhelmed by the situation, world governments lost control of the majority of their national territories. Whether by pragmatism or pure selfishness, millions of individuals were abandoned by those who swore to protect them. Authoritarian governments were established to protect the new elites and those useful to their cause. Fortune settlements were built all around the world by those who were abandonned, fighting for the meager resources left behind. Mysterious organizations rose in prominence, aiming to become the leader of this new world order. Amidst of this madness, a man going by the name of Aether unlocked the military system, a mysterious technology capable of changing the fate of the entire world.

My hands were stretched out to him. Expressing what my voice couldn't. I needed his help - even if it's just this once - I'd hoped he helped me. But he didn't reach out to me. Instead, I watch him turn his back at me. I watch him walk away when I needed him the most. Even after all she said, there was a part of me that hoped it wasn't true. Even if he doesn't love me - I'd thought he would at the very least liked me... maybe? I thought all the things I did for him would make him see me, tolerate me or something. But no. We kept drifting further apart. And it's all my fault. I simply did too much. I trusted the wrong person. Did the craziest things for love. Forgot my self worth. "It didn't have to be this way"
There is a world out there where I could have been happy. Where we could have been friends, and you could have benefited from what I know. Unfortunately, we don't live there. This is not a romance novel. Do not think this is a romance. Not all mobile devices will be able to show all the text accurately, as I use fonts as a conveyer of mental health. Warning Every warning you can think of. There will be gore rape torture and what is worse. Also, I make stories by writing the story plot and everything, and rewriting it to fit in the small details. The chapters all the final ones but the story itself has been finished.
Zombie princess
The Government took me away from my family when I was 8 years old, they said I wasn't Zombie enough to be considered a Zombie. They had my name changed from something original, but that let's face it doesn't match anything about me, to a normal unique original name. Most zombies did have normal human like names except for me. Now, I'm a human. No one trusts me at all, I don't need a watch thing, but everyone still thinks I'll eat their brains. I sneak out at night to go to Zombie Land. Where I know I belong, but I know if anyone caught me they'd brainwash me.Complete
