Two individuals from Our World, wake up in an unknown location.

Upon awakening in a rundown shack, around 10 miles from a massive wall that seems to span forever.. Mikoto Misaka and Touma Kamijou are ambushed by vicious monsters. Strange.. frightening.. humanoid, and towering at massive sizes, Touma is put into a coma.. putting the burden of protecting him onto the shoulders of his friend...

Mikoto, the 3rd most powerful psychic from Academy City has a few tricks up her sleeve of course.. but will it be enough to protect Touma and find a way home? Or is she doomed like the rest of humanity, to live like cattle, penned within the walls of a falling prison.
