Cecilia Braden believed that today her life would fall into place, she would get the man of her dreams, Reiner Wilson, and everything else would follow suit. But when  Reiner tells her, he's dating her ex best friend Beth, she doesn't know what to do with herself. 
  Heartbroken and miserable, Cecilia decides that she will go out to take her mind off of the whole surreal event by attending a dinner party she had been invited to.  Only for the dinner to be crashed by none other than robbers looking for a easy buck, whose actions create a hostage situation. To make matters worst, Reiner and Beth are sitting across from her, hand in hand, stuck in this ordeal for who knows how long.
   If Cecilia thought that the first half of her day was bad, the second half would be chaotic.
