Zalika is seventeen almost eighteen years old, with her mother dead and her father an alcoholic anger issued man she tries to protect herself and her 6 month old daughter Kaida. She hides the bruises and the scars from her fathers rage but the one thing she can't hide is Kaida. Matt Right is the quarter back of the football team and he's noticed Zalika since he first saw her. He and her math teacher try desperately to help her before its too late and she gets stuck with no way out.

Zara is 17 year's old. Her mum, a famous fashion designer and dad, a photographer, travel the world for their work, only coming back to the family home once every now and then.
