Missing person posters are piling up, and beginning to even effect school children. When Meg, Arthur, Mouse, Bill, and Beatrice's friend Ter's brother disappears, and half of their school gets closed off for investigation, they begin to notice a common thread. Without the ability to get help from the police department, the students agree to take on the investigation themselves and find out the truth, taking any leads they can, wether the rules permit them to or not.
