Dr Falco is the evil scientist as an anthropomorphic bird which comes from Scartray's world and he begin to experiment on humans and nature. Him and Doc begin to rule the world and tell Rebecca SuperStar that the rules has been complicated in the memories and mind controls. Jacob makes his own tickle torture prank while the Autistic gangs found the Black Gem which is so powerful and introducing the new power up element, the Goo which is transparent green Shiny Ball.

They went on each level to take down the law enforcement or is it too late to dodge.
