But unbeknownst to Drew, Austin is no normal guy; he is a vampire hunter, and every archaic and ancient being in the immortal realm is out to get him. And they will stop at nothing to take down their target. Drew is caught between the two sides of a waging war between Austin and the immortals, and is torn between following his own mysterious legacy, and following the path that Austin has taken; no matter which Drew chooses, it becomes Austin's responsibility to protect his beloved Drew, no matter what it takes.
