I will be chronicling my own version of Zombies, Run. My Runner 5 ran away from Mullins Base in search for a safe refuge from the people who know her secret. She snuck onto the Supply Run  cargo plane that's supposed to go to Abel Township.  The plane gets blasted out of the sky and Alex Carter, you know her as the heroic Runner 5,  has to try to survive in this new world. She meets Sam Yao and the other members of Abel and tries to keep her secret by telling little white lies to them. But, as we all know, little white lies become bigger as Alex's past comes to haunt her. Will she be able to handle the consequences of running away? Or will it harm those who she begun to trust and protect around her? 

CAUTION: This story has themes which may not be suited for young readers. Will contain strong themes of blood, gore, zombie apocalypse general stuff, etc. etc. Read at your own risk. 

This is as I'm going through the runs.  I wanted to put the stakes a bit higher for Runner 5. Hope you enjoy my version of the story. Don't know if you consider this an AU (Alternate Universe) story or not.

I stopped just as the tip of her sword touched my chest. "You're quite the fighter, aren't you? How did you manage to kill them without bloodshed." I asked, smirking. She narrowed her eyes at me. "I'm not answerable to you and if you're so curious then keep up with this act and you'll soon find out." The Organization( American intelligence agency) and RAW team up to catch this traitor. Sam and Asher James (the top spy of The Organization and a huge playboy) are sent on this dangerous mission. In this mission they discover many things and solve mysteries along the way. In spite of all this Sam finds herself falling for him. Will they be together? Abel is gone, the Major is back, and now we all have teamed up in trying to defeat the main enemy-the man who somehow knows how to make zombies blow up a township: Professor Van Ark. A secret unknown mission, a shot down helicopter, a guilt-ridden heart, and no name. Yep, that sounds just about right. I came to Abel Township for one reason only, but after the unfortunate event of my helicopter being shot down by a rocket launcher of all things, I'm apparently going to be staying here a lot longer than planned. Because of it, I'm going to have to play nice in order to survive, which is a lot harder than it seems. Everyone carries a burden with them, me included. I'm a runner, and until I leave this pathetic little settlement I'm going to do my job, and run. But one of the things I'm learning it that nothing is ever as it seems. Each piece of the puzzle brings another question, another addition to the story shrouded in mystery and dripping with sinister intent. Maybe this settlement is as pathetic as I thought it was. Maybe my helicopter was shot down for a reason. I cannot wait around for an answer. I learned that long ago. Now deemed Runner Five, I have decided I will do what I have to do to find out every mystery here in Abel Township. And I'm going to start with my actual mission. What is Project Greenshoot... It's been four months since some of the Abel residents left our walls, and in our search, we've been fruitless. Until now. With the help of a new friend, we discover more about Diana and Comansys, and what's happened to our people. That's the main priority-finding our friends, finding Maxine, finding Caleb. Turns out there's a lot more about the apocalypse and how it started. There's more than we could have ever imagined. Each new clue leads to another story-another piece of the puzzle. I can only hope we figure it out before it's too late. Because there are bad people out there, and sometimes we have to play by their rules instead of our own. Until one day, she comes across something really weird. Alex is 18. He thought he could leave his past behind. But MI6 (today called SIS) had other plans. Another mission, supposedly a pretty simple one. During a chase, he gets slammed against a car. The two guards after him collide with eachother. Alex has to hide in an underground parking space, he has to continue his investigation. Unfortunately, a paramedic sent to the accident wanders off of her group. Under no circumstances should she find out about Alex and what he's up to.
