Hello, my name is Charlette. I don't really know how to describe the new world as anything else than dead. If you didn't know dead is whats walking as we speak. It happened a while ago, maybe 3 years. Im 14 and as people would say, innocent in all aspects. It escapes me how I survived this long, I have no defensive bones in my body. You could categorize me metally as a three year old. I can tell you vulnerability aside, trust doesn't come easy for me. When you mess up you really mess up. an 8 year old girl named Eleanor was at a camp with her group when they got overrun with walkers. Eleanor was told to run, so that's what she did. she ran until she was deep into the woods, the only thing she had was a backpack with a blanket, a water bottle, a knife, a notebook and a candy bar. her mom had told her to pack a bag and that they were leaving the group that day but before they could walkers got to them, and Eleanor was the only one alive, or she thought she was.
