The world itself seems to be stuck, somehow trapped in it's own time. Darkness, however, seems to still be moving as though the world can still bear its pain, even if they can't see, move, or feel. He can see their world before their fate; their happiness, and he can just as easily take it. His job is not to roam this Dystopia to take from them, however, he finds peace in taking their own and making it his. One day, something happens that leaves him curious as to what makes him feel this way. Nothing has ever had this effect on him. Will this change him? Or will it consume him further into the monster he already is?

A threat from within their own walls threatens to tear humanity apart from the shadows, the heroes will need to overcome both the monsters beyond their walls and threats from their own people in order to prevail, humanity's fate will soon be at hand, will it be salvation or oblivion?
