Promises Aren't Always Kept

Alice is a kind of girl that always gets straight A+'s, nerdy, shy and a book lover. She has also been bullied............nobody cares if she dies and gets hurt. From all of that she tries to prevent herself from getting noticed, and getting into more trouble.

She has been alone for a very long time, well, until school starts. Since it is a start of a new year, school has come to welcome the students, birds chirping, second semester starting, and food that smells good. Well not for Alice, cars honking insects flying, papers waiting to get filled, and the smell of fire, just the usual for her.

Finally the bell has rung, making people bump into me. I was starting to head to my home room, when suddenly I remembered that we were having new students. "Yay for me" sounding sarcastic. Thinking that I might/will get hurt even more. But I'm not sure if they are popular or not, but they might be, from what I heard. Nor really caring, I started walking again.

I opened the door, heading to my seat. All the way in the back, right corner, next to the books. I could feel all the stares from people, I was used to it and kept walking. I took my seat and waited for class to begin.

"Okay class, so today we have 3 new students". She made hand signals so they can come in. When they came in, I was thinking of the opposite. They were just........nerds!?
